1.     Provide twenty-four hour custodial care to the 34 residents entrusted to our care. For individuals confined to bed, around-the-clock care is provided to keep them clean, comfortable and happy.

 

2.     Provide, through public schools and other agencies, special education and training programs to those who can benefit.

 

3.     Provide recreational activities and/or entertainment either in-house or through other avenues as appropriate.

 

4.     Provide nutritionally balanced means and meet specific individual dietary and eating needs.

 

5.     Provide quality care to our residents who do not attend day training programs or are unable to participate in activities off campus.

 

6.     Obtain quality medical care for annual physicals and other medical attention on an as-needed basis. This includes administering medicine and treatment as required by a Registered Nurse.

 

7.      Provide, at all times, a loving, caring, home-like atmosphere, which ministers to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those who makeup our Mulherin family.
